Organ Donation for Non-Muslims
What is the ruling on organ donation after the donor's death, and is it required that this be for a Muslim?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to donate organs after death and before death if it can be done without harm to the donor, and it is not a condition that it be for a Muslim, and God knows best.
