Opening Restaurant Shops in Ramadan
A Muslim person has a restaurant in Russia, is it permissible for him to open the tables of the shop for them and to eat inside the shop during the day in Ramadan?

I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to open the shop and sell to non-Muslims, and God knows best.
