I say, and with God's success: It is not harmful to take it; because all our people in the interior of Palestine have Israeli citizenship, and they are compelled by their circumstances, and they must have it for their daily lives. Therefore, whoever is in need of it and it helps them in their life is permitted to take it, and God knows best.
