Obligatory Prayer Before Its Time
I prayed the obligatory evening prayer before the time for the evening prayer had entered, and I was convinced that it was the time for the evening prayer. What is the ruling on my prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Prayer is not valid before its time has entered, and it may count for you as a voluntary prayer, but you have the obligatory prayer of the evening upon you, and God knows best.
