Question
I have two daughters, one is 21 years old and the other is 16 years old, and they do not adhere to the Islamic dress code. I wear the Islamic dress and a headscarf, and I always advise them, but the people around them do not wear hijab. Am I to blame?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Whoever reaches the age of puberty must be obligated to wear the hijab and be compelled to do so, and you should exert every effort for that. If you fall short in fulfilling your duty regarding their hijab, you will be sinful, and God knows best.
