Oath of Divorce
My sister's husband swore an oath of divorce that he would not sit with her in the garden of the house. She stayed in the house for more than fifteen days, and after that, her husband paid the expiation for the oath and they had sexual relations, knowing that he always swears by divorce. What is the ruling?
