I say, and with God's success: The number of Tarawih rak'ahs is twenty rak'ahs, and this is agreed upon by the companions and those who came after them, and there is no dispute among the imams of Islam regarding this. If a Muslim prays less than that, it is permissible, but he is deprived of the reward of the Sunnah of twenty, and God knows best.
