Not registering the marriage in court as a way to circumvent laws that prevent the registration of marriage
An Arab Islamic country sometimes prohibits and sometimes allows marriage to a woman who is not from the country (resident), and the approval requests are almost impossible, including a report on the condition of the first wife stating that she is ill, knowing that she is not ill. Can I marry a resident woman without registering this marriage in court, knowing that we do not wish to have children and both of us have children, and she is also waiving her financial rights regarding inheritance?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is not a justification for marriage contracts in courts; because it leads to the loss of the wife's rights and the rights of the children. Marriage establishes rights such as the obligation of maintenance, inheritance, and children. We do not determine what we want from her, and God knows best.
