Nail Lengthening for Women
What is the ruling on lengthening nails for women for the purpose of beautification, so that their shape is elegant and beautiful, and not to the extent of being off-putting?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Growing long nails is against the Sunnah, and it is disliked in itself. It can also lead to temptation if it is done by a woman in front of strangers. Women should refrain from such behaviors, and God knows best.
