Meeting on Social Media to Read Surah Al-Kahf
My friends and I meet on social media (Zoom), and we read Surah Al-Kahf with each person reading a part. Does this suffice instead of each one reading it individually, or should I read it again?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not appropriate for one of you to read for the other, and it is preferable for each one to read alone. Gathering together to read is good for encouragement and motivation, and God knows best.
