What is the ruling on contracting marriage via Messenger, where both parties, the one contracting and the one being contracted to, are in different countries, possibly without the presence of a guardian or witnesses, or with the presence of witnesses and a guardian?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the conditions of the contract are met, including witnesses and others, and the utterance of each of the contracting parties is understood by the other and by the witnesses, the contract is valid, and God knows best.
