Marriage for the Purpose of Obtaining Citizenship
A friend of mine agreed with an American woman to marry without consummation until he obtains citizenship from her, and then he will divorce her in exchange for a sum of money. I hope you can provide me with the legal ruling along with evidence so I can advise my friend.

It is not about gaining American citizenship, but rather preserving one's religion and what benefits in the Hereafter; because that is what remains, and God knows best.
