What is the ruling on a marriage contract without announcement and without being documented in court?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is forbidden to marry without having it documented in the Sharia courts; due to the consequences that result in the loss of rights for the wife and children. They must exit this situation they are in, and God knows best.
