Making up the Witr Prayer
I forgot to pray the Witr rak'ah because I delay it after the night prayer and only remember it after the Fajr prayer... Is it permissible to make it up... and when?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The Witr prayer for us is three rak'ahs and not one rak'ah, and it must be made up before the Fajr prayer for those who forget it, and God knows best.
