Making Quran Videos with Pictures of the Deceased
What is the ruling in Sharia for someone who makes Quran videos or sad songs that include pictures of the deceased?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Such an act is disliked because it resembles the condemned wailing. We should give charity and pray for the deceased instead of such actions, and God knows best.
