I say, and with God's help: If a woman leaves her husband's house without a legitimate right, which is the immediate dowry and the lawful home, she is considered disobedient (nashiz) and her maintenance is forfeited. It is not permissible for her to seek divorce for this reason, and if she is divorced, she is entitled to the deferred dowry. And God knows best.
