License to Wipe Over Socks
Is it permissible for my uncle's wife to wipe over her socks in the summer after the Dhuhr prayer because her feet hurt when she feels cold?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to wear thick socks that can be wiped over, and then you can wipe over them, and God knows best.
