Leaving Work Due to Doubt
A man was offered a job at the Zakat Committee to collect donations from mosques designated for orphans, knowing that the endowments receive a percentage of these donations. Is this considered a doubt, and is it preferable to leave the job?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to work by collecting zakat, so he can be among those who work on it, and it does not harm him to take something from the ministry, and God knows best.
