Leaving the Sacrifice for the Pilgrim
I completed all the rituals of Hajj, but I did not offer the sacrifice at that time due to financial and health reasons. Then I left and returned to my country. How can I complete the obligation of Hajj, and how do I offer the sacrifice?

I say, and with God's help: There is no sacrifice for the pilgrim, but he must offer a sacrificial animal if he is in the state of Tamattu', meaning he performed both Umrah and Hajj together. If he does not slaughter, the obligation of slaughtering remains upon him in the sacred area, and God knows best.
