I say, and with God's success: The Sunnah prayers before and after the Dhuhr prayer are confirmed Sunnahs, and deliberately abandoning them incurs a dislike that is considered prohibitive. It is disliked for a Muslim to neglect them due to the harm it causes, especially if one consistently neglects them. And God knows best.
