Kohl and Miswak for the Fasting Person
Does the kohl applied to the eye count as makeup that breaks the fast during Ramadan, and does using a miswak break the fast?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Neither of them breaks the fast, for the eye is not a recognized outlet, and using a miswak does not break the fast unless something descends to the throat, and God knows best.
