Killing the Annoying Cat
There is a cat roaming around our house, and it bothers us a lot, as it tries to enter our house and damages the furniture and ruins the plants and flowers on the balcony. Is it permissible for us to poison or kill it, knowing that we have tried several times to drive it away but it keeps coming back without any benefit?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to kill an animal that causes harm. If they are harmful to you, it is permissible for you to kill them in a manner you see fit, and God knows best.
