Justice in Giving Among Children
A widow has a daughter and a son, and they have an equal salary. The mother collected from her children's salaries and bought a house, registering it in her name. If she wants to return her children's rights to them, should she register the house equally for the daughter and the son?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the house is built with the children's money, it must be registered in their names equally. If it is otherwise, it should be registered in the name of each one according to their share of the money taken from them, and God knows best.
