Justice Among Wives in Inheritance Division
He has two wives and wants to gift the second one a piece of land, an apartment, or an amount of money without the first wife, fearing that her rights will be violated after his death. Is he sinful for this distinction?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: He must be fair in the division among his wives, and what he mentioned is not a justification to give one without the other, and God knows best.
