Judgment with the Intention of Making Up
I prayed Dhuhr at the time of Asr thinking that Asr had not been called yet. Do I have to repeat Dhuhr because I did not intend it as a make-up prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's help, the Dhuhr prayer performed at the time of Asr is considered a missed prayer, even if one intends to perform it, and God knows best.
