Investment of Zakat Money
Is it permissible to collect Zakat among friends in one place, and it is a large amount, then buy a commercial center, for example, or something else that brings in permanent income, and spend this money on the poor throughout the years?

I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to invest zakat money, and this is a type of investment for zakat funds. However, it must be understood that this center or other forms of investment are zakat money, and at any time, they can be sold and given to the poor. And God knows best.
