Invalidating the Fast of Expiation for an Oath
A person intended to fast the expiation for an oath, then broke the fast. Does he have to fast two days, or does he only have to fast one day?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The expiation fasting must be arranged; if one breaks the fast, they must start anew by fasting three days, and God knows best.
