What is the ruling on intimacy during the day in Ramadan between spouses, which may lead to the discharge of pre-seminal fluid and touching the penis to the vulva?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is disliked to engage in lewd direct contact between spouses, which is the touching of the genitals to each other, if one does not feel secure from ejaculation and intercourse; however, it is not disliked for one who feels secure. And God knows best.
