You suffer from severe constipation and hemorrhoids, so during Ramadan, for the sake of purification, you have to use your finger; otherwise, you cannot be sure of your purification. Does this invalidate the fast? And if so, what should you do about the issue of purification?

Answer

I say, and with God's help: Inserting a finger into the anus breaks the fast; because it is a recognized entry point, and impurity is excused to the extent of the anal opening, so it must be avoided during fasting, and God knows best.
