Inheritance of Two Wives, One of Whom is Pregnant
What is the ruling on the inheritance of a husband who had two wives, one of whom is pregnant and the other is not, and has no other children?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The two wives take one-eighth, and the remainder stays for the fetus in case it is a boy, and God knows best.
