Inheritance of Grandchildren
The grandfather inherited from his son and then died. Do the grandchildren inherit from their grandfather?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The sons of the son inherit their grandfather if the grandfather has no sons to inherit him. If he has sons, then the inheritance goes to them, and the sons of the son do not inherit. And God knows best.
