Inhaling Incense While Fasting
What is the ruling on inhaling incense during Ramadan for a person who lights it in a public street and I smell its scent? What is the ruling?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: One does not break the fast from incense if it cannot be avoided; due to its prevalence, it is excused. Unlike someone who deliberately inhales it, as that would break the fast. And God knows best.
