What is the ruling on incorporating Umrah into Hajj for the Meccan?
Answer
Entering Umrah into Hajj is prohibited for the Meccan with a prohibition of prohibition. If he enters the state of Ihram from the Miqat for Hajj and then enters the state of Ihram for Umrah before performing Tawaf, he would be a combining pilgrim who has sinned, and he must offer a sacrificial animal as a thank you.
