Inability to Fast in Expiation
I was unable to fast for sixty days, can I feed sixty needy people?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: You must perform the expiation, which is fasting for sixty days. If you are unable, you should feed sixty poor people, with each poor person receiving two dinars. And God knows best.
