Images of Following in Prayer
There are nine forms of following in prayer: five are valid: a man following a man, a woman following a man, a hermaphrodite following a man, a woman following a hermaphrodite, and a woman following a woman. Four are invalid: a man following a woman, a man following a hermaphrodite, a hermaphrodite following a woman, and a hermaphrodite following another hermaphrodite. Is there any disagreement among the Hanafi scholars regarding this detail?
