I am a resident of Riyadh and I intended to go for Umrah. According to the new COVID-19 regulations, I couldn't find a date for Umrah except after twenty days. So, I went to my sister's place in Jeddah and stayed with her, and I did not enter into Ihram from the Miqat of the people of Najd. Should I go to the Miqat of Al-Sail Al-Kabeer and return to Mecca to perform Umrah, or can I go from Jeddah without entering into Ihram?
