His fast is invalidated according to the correct opinion, and he must make it up without expiation according to the preferred view; because a single report in religious matters is accepted, so he should have considered the situation due to the presence of the reminder, as mentioned in 'Al-Durr al-Mukhtar' and 'Radd al-Muhtar' 2: 97, and 'Al-Hadiya al-Alaiya' p. 160.
