If a man rinses his mouth during Ramadan and the water accidentally goes down his throat?
Answer
He must make up the fast if he was aware of it, but if he forgot about the fast, then there is nothing upon him, as stated in Al-Usul 2: 201, and Al-Badai 2: 90.
