He does not break his fast even if he remembers his fast; because it is not food; and because he is overwhelmed and cannot refrain from it; since the fasting person has no choice but to open his mouth and talk to people, and what cannot be avoided is excused, unlike if he deliberately took a fly and ate it, for that would break his fast, as mentioned in Al-Usul 2: 339 and Al-Mabsut 3: 93.
