How to Pray the Sunnah of the Pre-Dhuhr Prayer
How do I pray the Sunnah of the Pre-Dhuhr? Is it the same as Dhuhr or four rak'ahs without the first sitting?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Four rak'ahs are prayed with a first sitting that includes only the Tashahhud, and the Fatiha and a Surah are recited in the other two rak'ahs, unlike the obligatory prayer of Dhuhr, where only the Fatiha is recited. And God knows best.
