I say, and with God's success: The Witr prayer is performed with three consecutive units, with a testimony between them. The Opening (Al-Fatiha) and a Surah are recited in each unit, and the Qunoot supplication is made before the bowing in the third unit, as it was reported from the Messenger of God. This is followed by the Hanafi scholars, and God knows best.
