How to Pay Corporate Zakat
Individuals who have established a company among themselves, is zakat obligatory on it? And how should the zakat be distributed among them?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Zakat is obligatory on each one of them independently. Whoever possesses the amount of the nisab from their wealth, whether in the partnership or outside of it, must pay zakat. And God knows best.
