How to Divide Inheritance with Children, a Spouse, and Siblings
I have three daughters, a husband, and male and female siblings. How will my inheritance be divided after a long life, God willing?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The daughters receive two-thirds, the husband receives one-fourth, and the remainder is divided among the brothers and sisters, with the male receiving the share of two females. And God knows best.
