He Who Entered Ihram for Umrah Thinking He Had a Vowed Umrah but It Turned Out He Did Not

Question
What is the ruling for someone who entered Ihram for Umrah thinking he had a vowed Umrah but it turned out he did not?
Answer
He is required to continue with it; because he has entered it with the state of Ihram, and if he invalidates it, he is also required to make up for it, and if he is restricted, he is also required to do so according to the correct opinion. See: Al-Labab and Al-Maslak Al-Mutqasit, p. 120.
