He Made a Vow and Forgot It
What is the ruling for someone who made a vow and forgot it, and attempts to remember the vow and its wording, but cannot recall it? How should they fulfill it if they do not remember it?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the vow is not remembered, nothing is required of him until he remembers, and God knows best.
