It is to perform Hajj after completing Umrah, provided that the Umrah takes place during the months of Hajj. This is the second aspect of Ihram in terms of preference, and it is prescribed for those coming from afar; due to His saying: {That is for whoever among you is not present at the Sacred Mosque.} Al-Baqarah: 196.
