Granting One of the Heirs a Share of the Inheritance Benefits During the Heir's Lifetime

Question
My husband passed away, and we distributed the inheritance, so my share was a building. One of my children lives in two apartments after connecting them, and he does not pay rent, but he is responsible for the building by collecting the rent and putting it in the bank. After my death, he will take from the inheritance like the rest of his siblings. Is what I am doing correct, and what should I do to ensure that I do not wrong any of the heirs? Of course, the money is in my name in the bank?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If his current work in collecting the rents is equivalent to the rent of the two apartments by common standards, then that is good. However, if the rent is more than his work, you should give the other heirs the amount exceeding his work to ensure fairness among your children, and God knows best.
