Grandmother's Inheritance from the Father

Question
My grandmother passed away four months after my father, and we asked in the Sharia courts, they said: My grandmother has a share in my father's inheritance, and then there will be a share in my grandmother's wealth through the obligatory bequest. We feel that my uncles and aunts will not give us our full rights, so what should we do in this case?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: You must give the grandmother her share of the father's inheritance; because it is her right due to his death after her, and her share is from the rights of her children from uncles and aunts. Your inheritance from the grandmother will be through the obligatory will, which is contrary to the established jurisprudential schools. May God provide for you and compensate you with what is permissible in Sharia. And God knows best.
