Giving Zakat to a Nephew

Question
If I have a nephew who wants to get married and does not have a house for marriage, and he has reached the age of 35, and when I asked him he said: he does not have even the rent for a house for a month, what should he do? Knowing that he is a dentist, but in the countryside, and most of his work is with acquaintances without clinic fees, and his equipment is on installment, is it permissible for me to give him an amount from my Zakat to put in the bank, so he can take the monthly rent for the house as a form of assistance, even though he did not ask for help, and we want to make him happy?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: As long as he is poor and does not possess the minimum amount to be deprived, it is permissible to give him zakat, whether he wants to marry or for other reasons, and it is permissible in the way you mentioned, and you will be rewarded for that with the reward of zakat and the reward for maintaining ties, and God knows best.
