Giving Water to Drink in Ramadan
Is it permissible for me to give water to drink to someone who asks me, and he is a street vendor during Ramadan?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is forbidden to give water for drinking to the one who breaks their fast without a valid excuse; because that is aiding in sin, and God knows best.
